From 19 to 21 November 2024, our company had the pleasure of presenting itself at the prestigious Food Ingredients Europe trade fair, held at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition center in Germany.
About FI Europe:
This leading event in the food ingredients and nutraceuticals industry has, for 35 years, been a key meeting place for producers, distributors, R&D experts, and technologists from around the world. The 2024 edition brought together over 1,500 exhibitors and approximately 25,000 visitors from 135 countries.
What happened at the fair:
- The event focused on key trends: natural ingredients, health-promoting solutions, food processing technologies, plant-based ingredients, food safety, technological innovations, as well as segments such as pet food and organic products.
- Topics such as AI applications, sustainability, blockchain, and “food as medicine” tools attracted significant attention from participants.
Our booth:
During the November edition, we had our own booth in the area dedicated to functional and innovative ingredients. It was an excellent opportunity for direct meetings with potential partners and clients. As noted by both organizers and attendees, FI Europe is not just a trade fair but a business platform generating tremendous value.
